Coordinates

Raumplan offers an interpretation of the concept of conditional design, set in the underground railway link of Piazza della Repubblica in Milan.

The installation is made up of its own process of development under certain conditions. Users operate on an interactive canvas through their smartphones. They access the software using a local wireless network that allows more devices interacting simultaneously. The coordinates that trace the space of the canvas are connected and matched with the coordinates of every device’s screen. The movement of the digital paintbrush generates different audio-visual configurations depending on which coordinates it reaches.
